2 Huevos
2 bananas (cambur)
7 sobres de endulcorante
¼ taza aceite de coco
1/2 taza leche de almendras (cualquier tipo de leche)
1/2 taza tazas de nueces
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 cucharada de canela
1 taza de harina de avena
1 taza de harina de almendras
Preparación:
Mezclar en un bowl huevo, aceite de coco, canela, vainilla y endulcorante,
Agregar los ingredientes secos y mezclar en forma envolvente
Agregar la banana machacada (aplastada con el tenedor) y la leche de almendra.
Agregar la mezcla en un recipiente engrasado para tortas
Llevar al horno por 25 minutos a 350 grados.
Decorar al gusto.
Servir y disfrutar!!!!!
